Erik Peyton is a Junior Musical Theatre Major at Kent State University in Northeast Ohio. He grew up acting in the DC area, including at multiple Universities in the area and some Professional Theatres. His pre-college credits include Young Will in Big Fish at The Keegan Theatre, Mike in A Chorus Line at George Washington University, Ensemble & Dance Captain in Something Rotten at Montgomery College's Summer Dinner Theatre, and the titular role in The Nutcracker at Metropolitan School of the Arts. Additionally, he did the sound and lighting design for The Internet is a Distract- Oh Look a Kitten, Selfie, and Badger, all one-acts at Metropolitan School of the Arts. During his time in High School he also participated in multiple gigs, performing both solo and with his band The Basement.

At Kent State, he was a Swing for Cabaret, Mr. Denny & Mr. Darcy u/s for Pride and Prejudice, and Ensemble & On Stage Swing for Cinderella. He was also Sasha in Fiddler on the Roof at Porthouse Theatre and Woof in Hair at OnCue Theatre.

Erik spends a lot of time writing and mixing his own music and playing Dungeons & Dragons with his closest friends. No matter what he is pursuing, he will always find a way to tell stories.
